Attorney Robert Wareham of Highlands Ranch, CO; ethical elf

The state of Colorado provided Robert Brent Wareham with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Colorado State University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Utilized means having have no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, delay, or burden a third person
• Made comments exhibit a bias against the client’s son on account of his race gender, religion, national origin, disability, age, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic status during a court hearing

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Bobby practices with The Law Center PC at 300 Plaza Drive in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.
