Attorney James M. Shull of Gate City, VA; pervert, moron, repeater  
Previously, James Shull was a sitting Juvenile and Domestic Relations (Divorce/Child Custody) Judge in Wise County, Virginia.
While sitting on the bench, the Virginia Judicial Commission filed ethics charges against Shull on more than one occasion. Those charges and findings are addressed below.
1st bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree
In 2004 Judge Shull was charged with:
For this misconduct, the Virginia Surpeme Court punished Judge Shull by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.
2nd bite at the Judicial Misfit Apple Tree
In 2007 Judge Shull was charged with:
A court bailiff testified before the Judicial Commission that after the hearing involving the pants dropping incident, he asked Judge Shull, “Did you see what the lady had on?” According to the bailiff, Judge Shull replied: “Yeah, a black lacy thing … it looked good, didn’t it.”
As punishment for this egregious misconduct, the Virginia Surpeme Court ordered that Jimmy the Perv be removed from the bench.
Unbelievably, Jimmy the Perv never suffered any discipline in regards to his law license. Therefore, as we speak (ca. May 2011) this certified loser is allowed to practice law at 209 West Jackson Street in Gate City, Virginia.
