Attorney Kimberly DeVane of Indianapolis; ethical dwarf

The state of Indiana presented Kimberly A. DeVane with a law license in 1986 after she graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Counsel found Kimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kimmy represented a client in a bond revocation hearing. The judge entered a separation of witness’s order. After the victim’s sons testified, a prosecutor heard Kimmy tell the defense witnesses what the State’s witnesses said.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Kimmy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Kimmy practices with Crawford and DeVane at 1050 North College Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana.
