Former Judge Paul Moore of Nashua, NH: scamming loser

The state of New Hampshire presented Paul S. Moore with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from Northeastern University Law School.

The New Hampshire Supreme Court Committee on Judicial Conduct found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Intentionally attempted to interfere with his 2017 judicial performance evaluation for the purpose of artificially improving his overall score on the evaluations
  • Submitted anonymous judicial evaluations of himself online as though some other person was submitting the evaluations
  • Made submission on numerous occasions over several weeks using his personal computers, iPads, mobile phones and on several occasions used the Nashua District Court’s systems for self-promotion

Rather than await a ruling from the New Hampshire Supreme Court on whether he should be removed from office. Paulie took the cowards way out and resigned in early April 2018.

As we speak (ca. April 2018), Paulie practices with The Law Office of Paul S. Moore at 23 Factory Street in Nashua, New Hampshire.
