Attorney Bryan Lewis of Nashville; ethical troll

The state of Tennessee presented Bryan Lewis with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Bryan guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place during his candidacy for a seat on the Montana State Senate.

  • Contacted judge to get a client out of jail early
  • Engaged in inappropriate out-of-court communications with judge Case Moreland
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Bryan practices with Jackson, Kweller, McKinney, Hayes, Lewis & Garrett at 214 2nd Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee.
