Attorney Brennan Lenihan of Knoxville, TN; ethical troll

The state of Tennessee presented Brennan Patrick Lenihan with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from the University of Memphis Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Lenihan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Brennan!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Brennan by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. May 2018), Brennan practices at 7624 Nubbin Ridge Drive in Knoxville, Tennessee.
