Attorney Robert Moyer of Clarksville, TN; Dumbo

The state of Tennessee presented Robert Hamm Moyer with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from Syracuse University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Pursued claims that weren’t meritorious (frivolous)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Bobby practices at 408 Franklin Street in Clarksville, Tennessee.
