Attorney Ricky Curtis of Blountville, TN; ethical goblin

The state of Tennessee presented Ricky A.W. Curtis with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility found Ricky guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to act fairly towards opposing party and counsel
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Ricky by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. June 2018), Ricky practices at 3229 Highway 126 in Blountville, Tennessee.
