Attorney Max Whittington of Grants Pass, OR; ethical dwarf

The state of Oregon presented Max Whittington law license in 2003 after he graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law.

The Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association found Billy guilty of the following conduct.

• Hired attorney who resigned due to disciplinary investigation
• Negligent in hiring and failure to properly supervise disgraced attorney

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
