Attorney Louis Chodosh of Columbus, OH; ethical troll

The state of Ohio presented Louis Jay Chodosh with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School.

The Columbus Bar Association found Louie guilty of the following conduct.

• Failed to comply with client’s directions to settle matter
• Failed to consult with client about means by which client’s objectives were to be accomplished
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to execute final closing statement in contingent fee case
• Improper division of attorney fees among attorneys
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Revealed confidential client information

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Louie by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
