Attorney Valeriano Diviacchi of Boston; deceitful loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Valeriano Diviacchi with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School. Valeriano also received a law license to practice in Maine. 

The Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers found Valeriano guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with candor (lied) in dealings with tribunal
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers punished Valeriano by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 27-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Valeriano practices with the Diviacchi Law Office at 111 Beach Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
