Attorney Bryan Bennett of Lexington, KY; ethical troll

The state of Kentucky presented Bryan Edward Bennett with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Bryan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Bryan!)
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client’s interests upon termination
• Failed to explain a matter to allow client to make informed decision re: representation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Bryan practices with the Bennett Law Office PSC at 1410 Versailles Road in Lexington, Kentucky.
