Attorney Bradley Frakes of Nashville; drunken convict, repeater

 

The state of Tennessee provided Bradley Heath Frakes with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the Nashville Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Brad’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another
  • Failed to comply with provisions of contract with Tennessee Lawyer’s Assistance Program

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Brad’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Pled guilty to 2 counts of driving under the influence (DUI)
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest
  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in misconduct reflecting adversely on fitness to practice law

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

 

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Brad practices at 222 Second Avenue North in Nashville, Tennessee.
