Attorney Robert Beeman II of Birmingham, AL; lying loser

The state of Alabama presented Robert Lee Beeman II with law license in 1994 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Alabama State Bar Association Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice law
• Violated or attempted to violate rules of conduct, knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
• Made false statement of material fact to a tribunal and/or third person

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 91-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Alabama Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Bobby.
