Attorney Archie Sanders III of Memphis; Dumbo, serial offender

 

The state of Tennessee provided Archie Sanders III with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA)  Law School.

 

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Archie guilty of the following misconduct.

 

Archie’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

  • Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Commingled client funds with personal funds
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
  • Failed to safeguard client funds/property
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo) 

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Archie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

Archie’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

Archie’s 3rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree 

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to expedite client litigation
  • Failed to respond to discovery requests by opposing counsel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Archie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

 

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Archie practices at 119 South Main Street in Memphis, Tennessee.
