The State Commission on Judicial Conduct found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to act impartially
• Acted undignified and discourteous in dealings with litigants
• Failed to comply with judicial records access statutes
• Failed to maintain competence in the law
• Multiple complainant’s questions Jimmy’s suitability for judicial office

In addition, when Jimmy told the reporter that state law prohibited him from seeing court records of open cases, the reporter said, “that’s not state.” Jimmy responded by saying:

• “Ok, I’m not gonna argue with you.”
• “I will throw you out of this office.”
