Attorney Carl Petty of Cleveland, TN; ethical troll

The state of Tennessee provided Carl F. Petty with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Tennessee Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Carl guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another
• Conducted himself in disrespectful manner towards judges
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Carl by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Carl practices at 301 Keith Street SW in Cleveland, Tennessee.
