Attorney Tabitha Finch of Chattanooga, TN; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Tennessee provided Tabitha Elizabeth Finch with a law license in 2005 after she graduated from Florida Coastal University Law School.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo) 
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so or did so through the acts of another
• Failed to withdraw and/or decline representation when required to do so

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Tabitha by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Tabitha practices at 200 West Martin Luther King Blvd in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
