Attorney Donald Bjornson of Winnipeg, CAN; convicted spousal abuser  

The Law Society of Manitoba presented Donald Bjornson with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Manitoba Law School.

The Manitoba Barrister’s Society found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with non-molestation court order
• Failed to comply with conditions or recognizance bond
• Found guilty of common assault of his wife
• Found to be drunk when violating non-molestation order by showing up at wife’s home
• Engaged in professional misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary $2,500 fine and costs of $2,952.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Donnie practices with Manitoba Hydro at 360 Portage Avenue in Winnipeg, Canada.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Law Society punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary $20,000 fine and costs of $19,000.
