Attorney Dawn Wilson of Calgary, CAN; ethical goblin

The Law Society of Alberta presented Dawn Marcelle Marian with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Alberta Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Dawn guilty of the following misconduct.

• Continued to represent client in the fact of a conflict of interest
• Acted in manner that might weaken public respect for justice system
• Acted in manner bringing discredit to the legal profession (Oh, really?)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Dawn by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and a $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Dawn practices at 44 Bow Village Crescent NW in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
