Attorney Jamie Warne of Alberta, CAN; ethical elf

The Law Society of Alberta presented Jamie Warne with a law license in 2011 after she graduated from the University of Alberta Law School.

A Disciplinary Hearing Panel found Jamie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly serve her client
• Failed to fulfil commitment to ensure personal service on her client in a Statement of Admitted Facts and Admission of Guilt which was accepted by the Law Society Conduct Committee Panel

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee of the Law Society punished Jamie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand and a $5,000 fine.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Jamie practices with Mathieu Hryniuk LLP at 10012 101^st Street in Peace River, Alberta, Canada.
