Attorney Erin Glover of Denver; deceitful loser

The state of Colorado provided Erin Glover with a law license in 1987 after she graduated from the University of Virginia Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Erin guilty of the following misconduct

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• While employed as plaintiff’s expert witness she improperly communicated with defense counsel
• Improperly offered defense counsel documents re: her employment as expert witness for plaintiff in attempt to discredit the plaintiff and/or harm the plaintiff’s case
• Concealed her numerous contacts with defense counsel from plaintiff and plaintiff’s counsel who had employed her as an expert witness
• While testifying as expert at trial, perjured herself when she said “no” as to whether she had communicated with defense counsel
• Based on perjured testimony, defense counsel moved court to strike her testimony and instruct jury not to consider her trial testimony

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Erin by gifting her with a complimentary 18-month suspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Erin was never criminally charged with perjury.
