Attorney Gary Armstead II of Englewood, CO; ethical gremlin

The state of Colorado provided Gary Lee Armstead II with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Gary guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly disobeyed a court order
• Failed to pay court ordered child support
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Gary by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t really mete out any meaningful punishment to Gary.
