Attorney David Calvert of Centennial, CO; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Colorado provided David Chadwick Calvert with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Dave guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Dumbo)
• Failed to abide by client decisions re: objectives of matter
• Failed to consult with client re: means to achieve client objectives
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conflict of interest
• Negligence led to destruction of client’s case

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Dave by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Dave practices with the D. Chadwick Calvert LLC Law Office at 7354 South Alton Way in Centennial, Colorado.
