Attorney William Condon Jr. of Greeley, CO; serial drunken convict

The state of Colorado provided William E. Condon Jr. with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Denver Law School.

The Colorado Disciplinary Counsel found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted five (5) times for driving under the influence (DUI)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to report convictions to State Bar
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Billy!)
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal
• Failed to appear at scheduled interviews with disciplinary investigator (Up yours, said Billy!)
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2018) Billy practices at 1122 9^th Street in Greeley, Colorado.
