Attorney Robert Mintz of Overland Park, KS; ethical troll

The state of Missouri presented Robert A. Mintz with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
  • Dishonest or selfish motive
  • Misconduct involved multiple offenses
  • Submitted false evidence during disciplinary proceeding (Screw you, said Bobby!)
  • Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct
  • Victim of misconduct was vulnerable

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 32-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Bobby practices at 10111 W. 87th Street in Overland Park, Kansas.
