The state of Missouri presented Randall Dean Crawford with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain client funds in interest bearing account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on Disciplinary Counsel punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year term of probation.

In truth, the comedians sitting on Disciplinary Counsel didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Randy.
