Attorney Ken McLaughlin of Pinedale, WY; Dumbo, slacker

The state of Wyoming provided Ken M. McLaughlin with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from the University of Wyoming Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent legal services
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients in two cases

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Wyoming Supreme Court punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license. 

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Kenny practices at 217 South Lincoln in Pinedale, Wyoming.
