Justice Suzanne Goodman of Toronto, CAN; lazy loser
The Law Society of Upper Canada presented Suzanne Goodman with a law license in 1982 after she graduated from York University Law School.
The Supreme Judicial Council of Pakistan is investigating Justice Naqvi for engaging in the following misconduct.
Former Ontario Attorney General David Young was duped into appointing Suzie as a as a judge on the Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto in 2000. Suzie didn’t receive the appointment because she was the most qualified attorney in the Sault Ste. Marie area. She received it because she had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.
The Ontario Judicial Council has found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.
In one matter, Suzie was assigned to preside over the case of Stanislaw Sliwka who was accused of viciously physically and sexually assaulting a woman over several months. After conducting a bench trial, Suzie acquitted Sliwka and then refused a request from the Crown prosecutor for her to explain the reasoning for her verdict of acquittal.
Shortly after Suzie refused to explain why she found Sliwka not guilty, the Crown prosecutor filed an appeal with the Ontario Court of Appeal. That court subsequently found Suzie’s conduct wanting and ordered a new trial for Sliwka. In its order for vacating Suzie’s not guilty verdict, the appellate judges said:
In further outing Suzie as a congenital loser, the appellate judges said:
“Nor is this the first time that this trial judge's failure to provide reasons has required this court to order a new trial. It must be the last time.”
The Court of Appeal previously ordered a new trial for another one of Suzie’s cases several years earlier after she took 25 months to deliver her ruling in the case of a man who’d been caught carrying a loaded weapon.
All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Suzie by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Council.
As we speak (ca. November 2018), Suzie continues to sit as an Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
