Judge Philip Sharrock of Britain; ethical gnome 

The State of South Carolina presented Russell O. Brown with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Phil guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly commented on the Crown Prosecution Service’s approach to rape cases
• In letter to national newspaper cited his stats is a judge
• Knowingly engaged in improper conduct by commenting on a politically sensitive issue w/o seeking guidance from the relevant leadership judge

As a direct consequent of his misconduct, the Lord Chief Justice and the Lord Chancellor, both well recognized enablers for Judicial Misfits punished Phil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Phil continues to sit as Magistrate Judge in courts located in North and East London, England.
