Judge Warren Grynberg of Britain; ethical gnome 

The State of South Carolina presented Russell O. Brown with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School.

The Judicial Conduct Investigations Office found Warren guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made inappropriate comment after hearing case with colleague
• Actions called into question his impartiality
• Failed to effective work with a legal adviser

As a direct consequent of his misconduct, the Lord Chief Justice and the Lord Chancellor, both well recognized enablers for Judicial Misfits punished Warren by gifting him with a complimentary formal warning.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Warren continues to sit as Magistrate Judge in courts located in North and East London, England.
