► Vermont Deputy DA Joshua Diamond of Montpelier, VT; Pervert enabler

The state of Vermont provided Joshua with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The Vermont Professional Responsibility Board has charged Josh with engaging in the following misconduct.

In one matter, Josh decided to act as an enabler and apologist for his stepbrother Glenn Robinson, a family law and divorce attorney, who had a sexual relationship with his assistant. (Anne Galloway)

Mr. Robinson is facing disciplinary action for engaging in a variety of misconduct. Mr. Robinson is accused of masturbating in his office in separate incidents in front of two women who were employees and former clients. Another woman says he pursued a romantic relationship with her while he represented her in a divorce case, which led to a charge of conflict of interest.

Joshua wrote a legal agreement for Mr. Robinson that waived an employee’s right to sue Robinson over sexual harassment or gender discrimination claims.

Joshua Diamond, the deputy Vermont attorney general, wrote a legal agreement for an attorney in Newport that waived an employee’s right to sue the lawyer over sexual harassment or gender discrimination.

Diamond wrote the contract for his stepbrother Glenn Robinson, a family law and divorce attorney, who had a sexual relationship with his assistant, according to filings with the Vermont Professional Responsibility Board.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Josh by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Vermont Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2017), Josh continues to be employed as a Deputy Vermont Attorney General in Montpelier, Vermont.
