Attorney Henry Brown of Petersburg, VA; slacker

The state of Virginia presented Henry Otis Brown with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from North Carolina Central University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Hank guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to inform his client of facts pertinent to the matter and of communications from another party that may significantly affect settlement or resolution of the matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Hank practices at 116 South Sycamore Street in Petersburg, Virginia.
