Judge Harold Horne of Memphis; liar, ethically indigent

 

Unfortunately, Judge Harold Horne sits as a Referee on the Shelby County Juvenile Court in Memphis.
 
As a result of his misconduct, the Tennessee Judicial Commission embarked on an investigation of the Dishonorable Judge Harold Home.
 
Dirty Harry’s misconduct involved the following:
  1. While a case was pending in the Court of Appeals, Harry issued an unlawful Order
  2. Harry’s Order contained numerous factual assertions that were not supported by the transcripts or the record in the case [Put simply, Harry’s a liar and fabricator!]
After concluding its investigation, the Commission found Harry guilty of:
  1. Failing to dispose of judicial matters fairly
  2. Actions that adversely affected the administration of justice
  3. Failing to promote public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary (What integrity?)
As a consequent of his misconduct, the enablers sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Dirty Harry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
 
Harry’s so-called punishment is further evidence that Judicial Misfits in Tennessee are held to a much lower standard of conduct then we are.
