Attorney Lee Arzt of Richmond, VA; ethical leprechaun

The state of Virginia presented Lee Robert Arzt with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Washington & Mary University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Lee guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Lee found it acceptable to engage in sexual activity with a client at a time when he knew the client to be receiving medications and therapy for her emotional and psychiatric condition.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Lee by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Lee practices at 6802 Paragon Place in Richmond, Virginia.
