Attorney William Boge of Manassas, VA; slacker

The state of Virginia presented William August Boge with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from William & Mary University Law School.

The Virginia State Bar Disciplinary found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to return client files upon request
• Failed to keep clients informed of status of their cases
• Failed to protect client interests upon termination
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Billy!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Virginia Bar Disciplinary Board punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.
