Former Judge Tim Nolan of California, KY; disgusting pervert

The state of Kentucky provided Tim Nolan with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from the Northern Kentucky University Law School.

In one matter, a Campbell County, Kentucky grand jury has indicted Timmy on multiple felony counts and 2 misdemeanor counts. Those criminal charges include the following felonies.

• Two counts of human trafficking
• One count attempted human trafficking with a minor
• one count of sodomy in the third degree, a Class D felony
• two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor under 16 controlled substance
• one count unlawful transaction with a minor under 18 controlled substance
• one count rape of a female over the age of 12 years old
• One count of human trafficking with a minor by subjecting a child under the age of 18 to engage in commercial sexual activity
• one count of first degree rape
• five counts of human trafficking with adults
• one count of second degree unlawful transaction with a minor
• one count of tampering with a witness
• one count of third degree unlawful transaction with a minor

There is a total of 22 victims of Timmy’s criminal conduct, including 8 juveniles under the age of 18 and 14 adults.

All that remains now is to see how long it takes for Timmy to cop a plea to reduce the amount of time he’ll spend in prison. Hopefully, the sentencing judge will order that Timmy be confined at the Kentucky State Penitentiary in Eddyville and housed in Cell No. 77 where he’ll be roomed up with Clarice (real name Clarence), rumored to be a really, friendly guy.

As we speak, (ca. October 2017), Timmy remains incarcerated while awaiting trial.
