Attorney Gregory Bryant of Little Rock; slacker, serial offender
The state of Arkansas presented Gregory E. Bryant with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.
The Committee on Professional Conduct found Greg guilty of the following misconduct.
In addition to the two (2) instances of misconduct set forth below, Greg previously received one (1) complementary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.
Greg’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Failed to act with due diligence (slacker) Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice Failed to file court file in timely manner with Supreme Court Failed to take necessary steps to obtain extension of time to file client’s appellate brief and papers with the Arkansas Supreme Court As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Greg by gifting him with a complimentary caution.
