Attorney Quentin May of Little Rock; cheating loser

The state of Arkansas presented Quentin Ellery May with a law license in 2006 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Quentin guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to respond to numerous client calls
  • Negligently advised client to not pay property taxes involving her deceased mother’s estate that later caused client to pay thousands of dollars in back taxes
  • Refused to refund $5,000 retainer after being terminated
  • Failed to keep client informed to status of her case
  • Failed to refund unearned fees (cheater)
  • Failed to return client file upon being terminated
  • Ordered to refund $5,000 to client (victim)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Quentin by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (March 2018), Quentin practices at 300 Spring Street in Little Rock, Arkansas.
