Filed complaint for Attorney’s Lien stating his client owned him $22,237.50 for 148.25 hours at $150 per hour when lawful charge was $14,825 at hourly rate of $100.00

Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary caution.
