Attorney Bobby McCallister of Benton, AR; slacker

The state of Arkansas presented Bobby D. McCallister with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Memphis State University Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to obtain service on easily identifiable defendant
• Failed to advise client his case had been dismissed
• Failed to respond to inquiry from another attorney
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to file client’s complaint within one-year time limit
• Failed to expedite client litigation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary caution and a $200 fine.

As we speak (May 2019), Bobby practices at 200 North Main Street in Benton, Arkansas.
