Attorney Charles Padgham of East Hot Springs, AR: repeat offender

The state of Arkansas presented Charles R. Padgham with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in an egregious conflict of interest
  • Represented driver and passenger in auto accident matter
  • Failed to inform client of conflict of interest in representing two different parties that were involved in the same auto accident.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Charlie’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (May 2019), Charlie practices at 105 Crackerbox Lane in East Hot Springs, Arkansas.
