Attorney Tammy Harris of Heber Springs, AR: ethical gremlin

The state of Arkansas presented Tammy L. Harris with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Tammy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to appear at hearing on client’s behalf
• Failed to provide representation client was entitled to receive
• Knowingly disobeyed obligation owed under rules of a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Tammy by gifting her with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (September 2019), Tammy practices at 2319 Highway 110 West in Heber Springs, Arkansas.
