Attorney Lane Strother of Mountain Home, AR; ethical dwarf

The state of Arkansas presented Lane H. Strother with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from the University Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Lane guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to explain a matter to the extent reasonably necessary to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Failed to properly advise client of matter thereby denying her opportunity to employ another attorney to determine validity of claims

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Lane by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (April 2019), Lane practices with The Strother Firm PA in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
