Attorney Ron Goodman of Conway, AR; cheater, serial offender

The state of Arkansas presented Ron L. Goodman with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from the University Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

In addition to the two (2) instances of misconduct set forth below, Ronnie previously received one (1) complimentary reprimand and one (1) complementary caution for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

Ronnie’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide client with fee agreement spelling out fees to be paid, including the percentage or percentages regarding any settlements
• Billed client for late fees despite never having no such fee agreement for said fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

Ronnie’s 4^th bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter for months
• Failed to deposit advance client fees into client trust account
• Failed to refund unearned fees upon termination (cheater)
• Failed to take steps to protect client interests upon being terminated

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary caution.
