Attorney James Hyden of Little Rock; ethical dwarf

The state of Arkansas presented James Warren Hyden with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from the University Arkansas at Little Rock Law School.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise underlings
• Failed to obtain financing statements from buyer in real estate deal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (April 2019), Jimmy practices at 200 Louisiana in Little Rock, Arkansas.
