Trump’s 39^th post-election lie: NFL ratings down

In a never-ending crusade to assure that he is not dislodged from his exalted status as America’s Premier Liar, Donald “Trumporleone” Trump decided to add to his bigoted views and lies regarding NFL players, 75% of them African Americans, by attacking them for kneeling during the playing of the National Anthem. Towards that end, The Don tweeted the following fabrication.

• “Ratings for NFL football are way down except before game starts, when people tune in to see whether or not our country will be disrespected!”

Does anybody really believe that the highest ratings for an NFL game is for the playing of the National Anthem because that’s when all the viewers want to see if any players are kneeling?

As is the case with all his lies, this one is also easily provable to be pure fantasy. As usual, The Don didn’t provide any evidence from an TV rating agency to back up his fabricated comment.

How long will it be before The Don’s ratings take an even deeper dive due to his total disrespect for the constitution, the country and the First Amendment right to free speech?
