Attorney Trista Hudson of Valparaiso, IN; lying loser

The state of Georgia provided Trista Ann Hudson with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the Atlanta Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Trista guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while she was employed as a Deputy Porter County Prosecutor.   

• Put alleged victim on witness stand after the child recanted the accusation against his stepfather
• Alleged victim told Trista prior to trial that his biological father had encouraged him to make up allegations of molestation
• Made false statements to ethics investigators (Up yours, said Trista!)
• Falsely accused colleague of agreeing with her strategy for dealing with the witness’s recantation and allegations of coaching was “knowingly false”
• Failed to timely disclose evidence tending to negate defendant’s guilt
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact in a response to the disciplinary commission (Screw you, said Trista!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Trista by gifting her with a complimentary 60-day suspension of her law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Indiana are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Trista was never prosecuted for subornation of perjury.
