Attorney Matthew Stowe of Huntingdon, TN; bullying loser

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Matthew F. Stowe with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Matty guilty of the following misconduct, all of which occurred while he was serving as the District Attorney General for the 24^th Judicial District in and around Benton, Tennessee.

• Failed to respect the rights of third persons
• Violated or attempted to violate Rules of Conduct or knowingly assisted or induced another to do so, or did so through the acts of another
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in multiple acts of harassing various witnesses

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Matty by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
