Attorney Lynda Patterson of Livingston, TN; ethical gremlin

The state of Tennessee unfortunately presented Lynda W. Patterson with a law license in 1990 after she graduated from the Nashville Law School.

The Board of Professional Responsibility found Lynda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Divulged confidential client information

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Lynda by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2017), Lynda practices at 209 West Main Street in Livingston, Tennessee.
